The following In-Service training is provided as a supplement to the monthly core and ISO training required of our firefighters.  Additionally, EMS, ARFF and other specialized training is required monthly.

Instructions for use:

1.  Review the reference material provided and available at the stations.  (Not all of the required material is available online)

2.  Download and print form GCFD-65, Training answer sheet. (One required for each class.)

3.  Download and take the quiz for each class.

4.  Include only your answer sheets (form GCFD-65) with your individual monthly training report, form GCFD-14.

5.  Include copy of FEMA certificate with individual monthly training report for FEMA classes successfully completed.

Completion of the following training does not constitute satisfactory completion of all monthly training requirements for the department.
