Two daytime blazes kept Glynn County
firefighters busy Tuesday.
The first fire, which occurred at 713
Green Swamp Road, Glynn County, caused a storage barn to be an total loss,
according to Glynn County Fire Department Capt. Jerome Johnson. Johnson said
that when firefighters arrived, the structure, which contained personal items,
was fully involved.
Damage is estimated to be
approximately $11,000.
Firefighters then responded to a
house fire at 341 Blythe Island Road, Glynn County.
Damage was extensive to a single-wide
mobile home, but the value has not been determined.
Neither fire seems to have occurred
in a suspicious manner and no injuries were reported.
