GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA - In the middle
of the afternoon the Glynn County Fire Department responded to a reported
residential structure fire. The front porch as well as the front portion of the
structure was fully involved upon arrival.
Engine personnel quickly established
a water supply while other personnel deployed attack lines. The rapid
deployment of a multiple attack lines including a 2-1/2” line along with an
aggressive interior attack quickly brought the flames under control without
additional damage to the structure.
There were no injuries as a result of
the blaze, which is under investigation. |
